Position Description Summary:

Supervises production associates responsible for loading and unloading freight, managing materials with multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and components.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Oversees, organizes, and coordinates cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
2. Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
3. Advises subordinates on work-related questions or problems.
4. Monitors work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
5. Recommends and implements procedural changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
6. Assists or performs duties alongside subordinates.

The individual must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Working Environment:

• Assignment Complexity: Utilizes multiple systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
• Accountability: Maintains service level agreements and ensures safety protocols are followed.
• Impact of Decisions: Erroneous decisions may lead to increased costs, delays, and personnel issues.
• Working Relationships: Interacts regularly with customers, peers, stakeholders, and subordinates.

Essential Functions:

Must pass all required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests as mandated by relevant authorities.

Knowledge and Skills:

This is an entry-level leadership role requiring strong interpersonal and analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is necessary. Typically, 3-6 years of experience in material handling is preferred.
