Equiliem is seeking a Structured Cable Technician I in Erlanger, KY to support large data center installations. You will pull, route, and install structured cabling, with lifts at heights of 30-40 feet, in a construction environment.

This contract-to-hire role offers steady work and potential career growth. Ideal candidates have construction experience and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Formación

• Previous construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with structured cabling or low-voltage systems preferred.
• Able to work at heights of 30-40 feet using scissor lifts.
• Able to operate basic hand tools safely.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Pull, route, and install structured cabling in large-scale data center facilities.
• Assist with the installation and organization of low-voltage cabling systems.
• Perform cable installation work at heights of 30-40 feet using scissor lifts and PPE.
• Secure, bundle, label, and organize cables per project specifications.
• Use hand tools and installation equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow installation instructions provided by supervisors and experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines and productivity goals.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements.
