Qualifications

• Finance, market, or commercial analysis experience.
• Financial modeling and executive presentation skills.
• Cross-functional coordination demonstrated.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market scans, due diligence, and preliminary assessments for data center power and partnerships.
• Program-manage the pipeline with milestones, risks, and owners across projects.
• Prepare project-status updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence across Legal, Finance, Engineering and Realty teams.
• Support contract negotiations with economic analyses and input from stakeholders.
• Maintain the opportunity tracker, dashboards, and phase-gate materials.
• Develop materials for decision gates and executive briefings.
