Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer for its Tier 4 AI data center in Afton, Texas. You will work with Site Reliability and Network Engineering to deploy and maintain high-density GPU compute and high-performance networking infrastructure.

Troubleshooting servers, connectivity, Windows and macOS endpoints will be core duties. You will follow documented procedures, escalate issues as needed, and grow skills in networking, systems administration, and infrastructure

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in data center infrastructure, IT support, desktop support, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience installing, cabling, maintaining, or troubleshooting physical servers, switches, or enterprise IT equipment.
Familiarity with racks, structured cabling, fiber optics, and basic data center hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities

Network Cabling & Connectivity: Install, label, route, and maintain copper and fiber optic cabling; troubleshoot physical connectivity; document cabling issues and rack elevations.
Onsite IT & End-User Support: Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, and endpoint devices; manage Windows/macOS devices; enroll devices via MDM (Intune); manage Active Directory/Entra ID and Outlook/Teams support.
Infrastructure Reliability & Operational Support: Respond to infrastructure alerts; perform health checks; assist incident investigations; follow SOPs; document work and changes; collaborate with engineers and vendors; participate in after-hours maintenance.
