Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical/Mechanical engineering or data center infra.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain authority for nVent Data Solutions products across Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
• Provide first-line product support to customers and colleagues using nVent Data Solutions and Electrical Connections.
• Evaluate customer RFQs and build costing/quotes with technical and commercial content.
• Provide technical application assistance to identify modified products per customer specs.
• Prepare quotations & proposals of non-standard products using CPQ and ERP systems.
• Conduct product training for customers and distributors on quoting tools.
• Prepare compliance documents against customer specifications.
• Lead strategic projects for product improvements, cost reductions, consolidation, and new development.
• Review training literature for technical accuracy including installation guides and procedures.
• Represent nVent in industry codes and standards committees.
• Provide market-specific intelligence and feedback on products to commercial teams and assist VOC visits.
• Plan activities with the Sales Leader.
• Identify closing-phase projects with the sales team and provide technical support.
• Advise manager about significant developments and upcoming decisions.
