Job summary

Belimo seeks a Data Center Product Specialist to bolster Data Center market activities with product and application expertise. You will support customers, OEM partners, and sales, while coordinating across functions to address requirements and drive commercial success of Belimo solutions.

The role involves developing product information, delivering technical training, and staying ahead of market trends to support forecasting, lead-time, and product availability discussions within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, HVAC, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in product support, product management, technical sales, applications, engineering, HVAC, or related role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate product and application information.
• Customer-focused with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated organization, prioritization, follow-through, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and application support for Data Center customers, OEM partners, key accounts, and Belimo sales.
• Assist with product selection, technical inquiries, quotations, specifications, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support Data Center product openings, special requests, samples, documentation needs, and internal coordination.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality, Marketing, and global Product Management to obtain accurate responses.
