Job summary

Diversified Safety Services, LLC. seeks an experienced Site Safety Manager to join a high-visibility data center project in Sterling, VA.

You will champion safety culture, develop and enforce policies, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining proactive site oversight. Responsibilities include leading safety programs, conducting JHAs, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and documentation of safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification required.
• Data center project experience required.
• Mechanical safety experience required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture by enforcing health and safety policies on the jobsite.
• Lead safety programs, plans, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Monitor compliance, document findings, and communicate updates.
