Job summary

Weeks Group, through its Data Center Solutions division, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for the Reno site. The role oversees ~300,000 sq ft of warehouse space, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, schedules, inventory documentation, and carrier communications to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent warehouse or site coordination experience will be considered.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in data center, industrial, construction, electrical, mechanical, or high-value equipment environments preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, shipment docs, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules, dock appointments, and carrier communications.
• Verify shipment documentation and receiving requirements.
• Ensure warehouse readiness for incoming materials.
• Coordinate outbound releases, carrier scheduling, and delivery windows.
• Support load planning and shipment readiness.
• Track deliveries and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Monitor warehouse utilization and material flow.
