Job summary

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, seeks an experienced leader to own the capacity roadmap for data-center sites. You will source opportunities from brokers, developers, utilities, and landowners, and drive diligence, negotiations, and approvals.

You will coordinate with energy, design, construction, legal and finance teams to turn a promising site into a buildable project, verifying power claims, permits, entitlements, and schedules, and delivering disciplined go/no-go

Qualifications

• 10+ years in site selection or infrastructure development for data centers.
• Experience evaluating third-party offerings and/or first-party greenfield development.
• Proven track record negotiating with utilities and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage site pipeline across channels across brokers, developers, utilities, and landowners.
• Lead diligence on power claims, permits, entitlements, shell design readiness, and developer credibility.
• Negotiate LOIs, leases, and BTS agreements on protective terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal team from screening to closing and handoff to delivery.
• Build durable relationships with utilities and municipalities for current projects and future expansion.
