Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Service Operations Manager for Data Center Technologies in Texas, with Dallas or Austin as a base. You will lead HVAC field service teams, drive daily operations, and build strong client relationships while delivering safe, efficient service across mission-critical centers.

The role requires 10+ years in HVAC service, 5+ years in supervision, and a track record in budgeting and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, operational metrics, and process improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field preferred.
• HVAC certifications or licensures are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC field service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and resource planning.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues.
• Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, response times, equipment uptime, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, service inventory, and operational reporting.
• Partner with third-party contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality service.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance customer experience.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Travel up to 75% to support field teams, visit customers, and oversee service operations.
