Munters is seeking a Service Operations Manager for Data Center Technologies in Dallas or Austin, TX. Lead HVAC field service teams, optimize daily operations, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure. Expect up to 75% travel, strong customer relations, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes budgeting, performance metrics, and process improvements to deliver reliable cooling solutions for data centers.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC service or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, operational metrics, and process improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC certifications or licensures are highly desirable.
