The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HVAC with at least 3 years in a leadership role, travel flexibility, and strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, monitoring systems, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years HVAC experience with data center focus
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing technicians
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and protocols
• Experience with data center monitoring systems and safety practices
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites on short notice
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC field service technicians serving data center environments
• Develop and enforce service protocols for data center HVAC operations
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for preventive maintenance and rapid responses to failures
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and safety culture is promoted
• Manage inventory to keep service vehicles stocked with parts and equipment
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to promote data center HVAC services
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing field training
• Provide back-office service administration (time sheets, expenses, service reports)
