Job summary

Peterson Cat Power Systems in Hillsboro, OR seeks an experienced Data Center Service Manager to lead nationwide data center service operations. Expect up to 50% travel across the United States and responsibility for service performance, profitability, safety, and workforce development.

The role oversees Supervisors, Technicians, and Service Administrators, ensuring budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Diesel Technology; and a minimum of seven (7) years of directly related experience in equipment service.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to Data Center Service Supervisors, On-Site Service Supervisors, Field Technicians, and Service Administrators nationwide.
• Develop and monitor budgets; control costs and drive cost improvements.
• Coordinate safety programs, training, and quality to ensure high customer satisfaction and service performance.
