Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of experience in mission critical / data center construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-motivated and urgent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute project documents (plans, specs, RFIs, bulletins, field reports).
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layout against established lines and grades.
• Administer Quality Management Program, document deficiencies and track to resolution.
• Monitor on-site progress for compliance with Contract Documents.
• Document daily construction activity with reports, photos, sketches, and tools.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans with schedules and logistics.
• Attend meetings with customers to provide progress updates and address concerns.
• Compile permits, testing, inspections for project completion and acceptance.
• Assist in Safety Program administration and enforce safety requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Field Engineers; communicate safety expectations.
