Responsibilities

• Identify, define and document analytical reporting needs with business teams.
• Serve as liaison between managers, analysts and experts to design KPIs.
• Consolidate information into cohesive analytical reports for decision-making.
• Mine data warehouses to fetch data and generate insightful reports.
• Automate report generation using SQL, SAS and Excel techniques.
• Create dashboards using Tableau, DataZen, PowerBI and infographics.
• Document changes in specifications and write training procedures.
• Suggest process improvements through root-cause analysis.
• Support studies of new and existing programs to determine feasibility.
