Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a Data Center in Waukee, IA. You will oversee a shift, coordinating with site supervisors and the Account Manager to deliver high‑quality security services in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Swing shift Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
