Qualifications

• Experience as a security lead (Program/Security Officer) interpreting and implementing security requirements and overseeing operations.
• Experience in physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for physical security systems in new construction, expansion, and retrofit projects.
• Prepare lifecycle management including bid packages, specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out docs.
• Stay current with emerging physical security technologies and assess applicability to AWS programs.
• Provide SME support to leadership for technology and procedures decisions.
• Balance metrics like vendor performance, spend vs. budget, cost reductions, defect rates, and program analyses.
• Manage vendors through onboarding, RFQ, bid, contract, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Handle multi-million dollar budgets and collaborate on global initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to support global initiatives.
