Job summary

AWS Data Center Security team is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead security programs across data centers, including intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems. Qualifications

• Experience in physical security design and implementation of access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
• Delivery experience of physical security projects or programs within an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or physical security designs.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for physical security systems related to new construction, expansion, and retrofit projects.
• Preparation of physical security project lifecycle management including bid packages, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, and close-out documentation.
• Contemporary knowledge of emerging physical security technologies to assess their applicability within the AWS physical security program.
• Provide SME support for leadership to make strategic decisions regarding technology and procedure.
• Balance metrics like vendor service delivery, budget variance, cost reduction, defect rates, and program analysis.
• Manage vendors for onboarding, RFQ, bid, contract, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Effectively manage multi-million dollar budgets for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams and provide support for global initiatives.
