Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Data Center Security Officer in Goodyear, AZ to help maintain a secure environment, monitor premises, control access, and perform patrols across client sites.

You will enforce regulations and ensure safety for personnel, visitors, and property. Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting issues, and coordinating with client employees and guests while using various technology devices.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.
• Security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
