Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Building Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a data center site in the Bucks County area. This on-site role requires coordinating shifts, coaching officers, and ensuring strict adherence to site procedures and safety standards.

The Building Supervisor will report to the Campus Supervisor, manage incident responses, maintain post coverage, and uphold professional client interactions while driving operational excellence across posts.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience supervising a crew in security/public safety environments.
• Ability to manage multi-shift teams in high-security settings.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack and Microsoft Forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with data center environments or large-scale construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the assigned building and posts.
• Supervise 15–20+ security officers with coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, call-offs, no-shows, and shift coverage.
• Communicate updates to Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct post checks and audits for compliance with procedures.
• Track operational metrics and submit reports via Outlook/Teams/Quip/Forms/Chime.
• Complete daily end-of-shift reports documenting activities and incidents.
• Respond to alarms and security incidents per protocol.
• Administer disciplinary actions including written warnings and termination tickets.
• Ensure officers meet compliance standards and site expectations.
• Serve as working supervisor across all posts on site.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to ensure visibility across shifts.
• Report safety violations and ensure investigation reports are completed.
• Ensure officers are equipped and aware of emergency procedures.
• Maintain professional interactions with client personnel and visitors.
• Escalate incidents per Post Orders and company policies.
• Network with client contacts and SMEs to support operations.
