Johnson Controls seeks a Security Field Project Manager in Augusta, GA to lead security projects for data centers and critical facilities. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, coordinating with customers, field teams, and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 10+ years of project management experience, CSPM or PMP certification preferred, OSHA 30, and PMI-based practices across integration, scope, time, cost and risk. Travel is needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; five+ years of project management experience.
• Security industry or large construction project experience preferred.
• CSPM or PMP certification active or willingness to obtain within time frame.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tool.

Mansioni

• Lead moderately complex security projects with medium to high priority.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and coordinate with customers and teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships and subcontractors as needed.
• Apply PMI-based project management disciplines across knowledge areas.
