Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security operations including access control and surveillance.
• Serve as primary contact for customer requests via phone, email, and portal; manage tickets and incidents.
• Monitor building health via BMS, cameras, networks, power and cooling; coordinate incident response and vendor dispatch.
