Job summary

Stelic in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to lead schedule development and reporting for a major data center project. The role involves coordinating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure on-time delivery.

You will validate logic, durations, and progress with field teams, produce weekly/monthly insights, and support risk modeling to mitigate delays. Onsite, full-time with collaboration across field and management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years scheduling large capital projects.
• Experience with heavy electrical or mechanical construction a plus.
• Proficient in schedule development, progress tracking, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the Primavera P6 schedule for a large-scale data center project.
• Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, superintendents, and partners.
• Validate progress, durations, and baselines with field leadership.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with risks and actions.
• Support schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling for major constraints or delays.
• Ensure baseline integrity and track variances.
