Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls seeks a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler III to plan, develop, and manage complex schedules for data center capital projects using Primavera P6. This on-site role near Danville, VA may transition to hybrid work in the future.

You will lead planning, baseline development, and progress reporting, while coordinating with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure schedule integrity and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years construction experience with data centers.
• Experience on large capital projects from design through startup.
• PMI or AACE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop complex schedules in Primavera P6.
• Lead planning sessions and schedule meetings through project lifecycle.
• Resource-load schedules and optimize resources.
• Prepare progress reports, trends, and schedule analyses.
• Analyze change orders for schedule impacts.
• Maintain baselines and schedule documentation.
