Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical and data center facilities. You will partner with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules that drive successful project execution from planning through completion.

The role emphasizes Primavera P6 proficiency, CPM scheduling knowledge, and site visits to ensure on-time delivery across diverse sites. Travel is required for project locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Partner with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project status and improve construction sequencing.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports for project leadership.
• Support Pull Planning, Lean construction initiatives, and project pursuit activities.
• Collaborate with operations, project controls, and business development teams to support successful project delivery.
