Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Data Center to lead sales operations for the Data Center business in Plano, TX. You will own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue reporting, partnering with Revenue Operations, Finance and Delivery teams to align forecast with bookings and capacity.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in Sales Operations or related fields, with Data Center experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Salesforce skills for reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy.
• Experience with Data Center, colocation, hyper-scale, infrastructure, technology services, or related sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tool including dashboards, reports, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, commits, upside, pipeline stages, sales cycles, bookings, and revenue tracking.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into insights for sales leadership.
• Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams and improving CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage sales operations processes for the Data Center business, including pipeline reviews and forecast submissions.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy quarter to quarter.
• Manage Salesforce data to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Track and report on pipeline movement, bookings, revenue, and conversion rates.
• Standardize and train the sales team on CRM usage to improve forecast reliability.
• Identify risks and opportunities from pipeline and revenue data to drive improvements.
