Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, highlighting collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, including requirements management, risk mitigation, and project planning.
• Experience with managing engineering programs or contributing to product development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to close design win opportunities and assist customers in integrating Intel products into production.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address customer requirements.
• Lead on-site product design reviews and collaborate with customer teams to ensure Intel solutions meet their needs.
• Cultivate customer relationships and act as the primary technical contact for rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze technical data, reproduce errors, and upscale or resolve customer issues effectively.
• Offer feedback to manufacturing and product teams regarding product requirements, issues, and anticipated changes to maintain business continuity.
• Influence OEMs, distributors, and partners to drive sales through revenue and enable customer success.
