Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards.
• Willing to work different shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Experience in safety observations/inspections.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training for all employees.
• Investigate accidents and maintain records.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate training scheduling and ensure compliance.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Liaise with Corporate Safety on workers' compensation claims.
• Drive EMS and annual drills to verify readiness.
