Job summary

DSV is hiring for a Data Center Associate (temp conversion) in Clarksville, TN. This entry level leadership role supervises production associates handling loading/unloading, inventory controls, and installation of server racks, while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures at the site.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3–6 years in material handling preferred. Travel to supports projects is possible from home site, and DSV is an equal opportunity

Qualifications

This is an entry level leadership role. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Generally prefer 3-6 years' experience in material handling operations.
Positions can be filled from any Pandora site (Cananda and US). Anyone selected for this position will stay at their home site and travel to support the project

Responsibilities

Oversees, organizes, and coordinates cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns
Ensures adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property
Advises subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.
Monitors work and examines production areas for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
Recommends and implements documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety
Performs or assists subordinates in performance of duties.
