Job summary

DSV is seeking a Ghost Safety Supervisor- Travel Team to lead safety initiatives across our Clarksville campus, educating leaders and driving OSHA-compliant policies and training. You will oversee incident investigations, maintain records, coordinate safety programs, and partner with corporate safety to ensure regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years related safety experience or training.
• Experience in safety observations/inspections and compliance planning.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees.
• Identify training needs and coordinate courses to prevent accidents.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Support return-to-work programs and liaise with workers’ comp.
• Perform on-site safety observations and hazard analysis.
• Communicate HSE goals and KPI results to the organization.
