Job summary

Crossfire Consulting Corp. seeks a Lead Construction Safety Manager to lead planning and implementation of health and safety programs on complex data center construction projects. This Owner's Rep role requires technical safety leadership and proactive risk management.

You will review JHAs, PTPs, and MOPs, deliver training, conduct audits, and mentor site safety personnel to achieve superior safety performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of construction safety experience on large-scale projects.
Experience on data center construction projects preferred.
Proven ability to lead safety programs and supervise safety professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead EHS and safety initiatives across projects.
Develop and enforce project safety programs per OSHA/NFPA 70E/ANSI.
Collaborate with owners, contractors, and JV teams to embed safety into planning.
Conduct hazard assessments, audits, and field observations; identify risks.
Review JHAs, PTPs, MOPs, and other high-risk work planning activities.
Manage subcontractor safety performance and safety meetings.
Deliver safety training for staff and subcontractors.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
Monitor safety metrics, OSHA reporting, and leading indicators.
