Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Safety Supervisor to lead accident prevention and safety programs on field projects. You will perform regular jobsite inspections, lead safety meetings, and support incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3–5 years in construction safety, OSHA 30, and STS-C within 90 days. Union experience is a plus; you must communicate clearly, coach crews, and use Microsoft Office

Qualifications

HS diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years in construction safety experience.
OSHA 30 Construction required.
STS-C or above required within 90 days of employment.
Experience with union workforce desired.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages accident prevention efforts and safety programs.
Develop and facilitate training programs.
Conduct work area assessments and inspections.
Coordinate safety meetings and trainings for effective communication.
Participate in regulatory inspections and investigations for compliance.
Review job hazard analyses for major work phases and support corrective actions.
Coach employees on safe behaviors and provide feedback to leadership.
