Job summary

Alliant seeks a senior risk engineer to design, develop and implement comprehensive technical risk assessment services and loss control training for existing clients and to help secure new business.

You will conduct field visits, consult on OSHA, NFPA, JCAHO and related safety regulations, and coordinate with account teams across regions.

Required: CSP, OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer, eight+ years of related experience, and strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety field.
• 8+ years related work experience in risk management or construction safety.
• OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer credential.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Generates risk engineering and loss control solutions for a wide range of customers.
• Identifies and analyzes critical issues and implements holistic risk management solutions.
• Designs and drafts loss control and site-specific safety plans for large complex projects.
• Develops and implements Comprehensive Technical Risk Assessment Services and loss control training programs.
• Assists in marketing, coordination and delivery of risk control services to clients and prospects.
• Conducts field visits with Carrier Reps for clients and prospects.
