ARCO National Construction Company in Phoenix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in Mission Critical data center recruiting. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment for project managers, superintendents, schedulers, QA/QC, commissioning, and other roles, aligning with business growth.

You will source passive talent, screen candidates, partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, and help build a dedicated Data Center recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years recruiting in commercial construction/engineering/architecture industries.
• Experience recruiting for data center construction/mission-critical projects.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and senior business leaders.
• Strong understanding of construction roles, project delivery teams.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Remote candidates may be considered for the right fit if not located near an ARCO office.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Mission Critical/Data Center Construction recruiting function from strategy to execution.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for data center construction roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, Schedulers, QA/QC, and Commissioning.
• Source passive talent, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through offers.
• Partner with leaders to understand project demands and workforce needs.
• Help build a dedicated Data Center recruiting team and provide leadership.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers through transparency and follow-through.
• Create talent pipelines for current and future roles and manage requisitions.
• Contribute to special TA projects aligned with business goals.
