Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Center Recruiter to fill a high-volume pipeline at multiple locations. The role requires strategic sourcing and rapid screening to meet aggressive staffing goals.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and provide data-driven hiring metrics while ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless coordination of events and open houses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.
• Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Data Center Recruiter.

Position type: Full Time - Contract roleDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Plano, TX 75093

As a Data Center Recruiter, you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Recruiting for Data Center Cabling/network construction.
• Knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

• Pay Range*: $40- $48 per hour
• *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
