Job summary

Flux Resources in Atlanta is seeking a QC Associate to update and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the quality control plan across projects. You will work with the QCS team, project manager, superintendent, and outside inspectors to align expectations and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include developing site-specific QC programs, creating templates, managing four phases of control, inspecting materials, tracking deficiencies, and delivering weekly progress

Qualifications

• Active certification with the Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs to be refreshed within 3 months of hire.
• OSHA-10 certification is required.
• 2 years of data center construction experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Planning Phase of the QC program by meeting with the QCS team, PM and Superintendent to align project expectations for the Quality Control Program.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs for projects and submit to QC Senior Manager for final review.
• Develop meeting and inspection templates for each FOW and execute four phases of control with subcontractors, vendors, and client(s).
• Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and ensure proper storage.
• Oversee inspections and track deficiencies to final resolution with corrective actions.
