Job summary

Flux Resources in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Quality Control Associate to execute and support the Quality Control Program on government construction projects. This direct-hire role collaborates with Site Operations, subcontractors, and clients to assure quality standards and federal compliance.

The Sr. QC Associate will back the Quality Control Manager, lead QC activities through four phases, and coordinate inspections, documentation, and punch lists to ensure timely project closeout.

Qualifications

• Active USACE CQMC certification and OSHA-30 or ability to refresh within 3 months of hire.
• Experience developing and executing site-specific QC Programs.
• Familiarity with four phases of control and QC documentation tools (Procore/Cx Alloy).

Responsibilities

• Execute QC Program (QCP) for assigned projects.
• Participate in Planning Phase with Site Operations teams.
• Develop and maintain Features of Work (FOW) tied to project schedules.
• Prepare meeting agendas and inspection templates for each FOW.
