gpac is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality on large East Texas data center projects. You will own the quality program, develop and implement the project quality plan, and drive inspections through closeout on mission-critical work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA/QC experience on data center or mission-critical projects, with strong commercial construction background and knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems. This role offers stability and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience on data center or mission critical projects.
• Strong background in commercial construction, such as superintendent, MEP or commissioning roles.
• Working knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience supporting commissioning and project turnover.

Responsabilités

• Build and run the project quality plan from start to finish
• Lead inspections and track deficiencies through closeout
• Partner with trade partners, field leaders and commissioning teams
• Review installed work against plans, specifications and owner requirements
• Keep quality documentation organized for turnover
