The ideal candidate communicates effectively with field personnel and management, and is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as management.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitors in-house installation teams as well as subcontract actions for contract compliance, monitors risk and contributes suggestions for risk mitigation.
• Facilitates a culture of continuous process improvement among management team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliant.
• Prepare QA plans for various field construction activities.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections.
• Perform quality audits of on‐site construction activities.
• Safety training was required by position.
• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.
