MP NEXLEVEL LLC is seeking a QA/QC professional to monitor in-house installation teams and subcontractors for contract compliance, and to drive continuous process improvements across field construction activities.

The role includes preparing QA plans, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring safety training and regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as management.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-house installation teams as well as subcontract actions for contract compliance and contribute to risk mitigation.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and perform quality audits of on-site construction activities.
• Prepare QA plans for various field construction activities.
• Safety training was required by position.
• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.
