Miller Electric is seeking a Data Center Construction- Project QA/QC Manager to oversee quality and commissioning on data center sites. This role focuses on streamlining QA/CX processes, driving schedule discipline, and maintaining clear communication with clients and crews.

The position requires extensive QA/QC leadership across multiple locations, strong documentation, and coordination with inspectors, technicians, and project teams to ensure high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience with related QA/QC activities in construction.
• Ability to read and apply electrical single-line diagrams and NEC rules.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams, clients, and inspectors.
• Experience leading QA/CX processes on multiple sites and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality and Commissioning Scopes of multiple sites.
• Streamline QA/CX processes across all sites.
• Evaluate lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Engineer and track sites using a live schedule.
• Maintain open communication between projects and stakeholders.
• Ensure client needs are communicated to teams and documented.
