Job summary

ATS Automation, Inc. is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER, Critical Facilities to lead a team of engineers and technicians delivering data center projects across North America.

The role requires travel and close collaboration with Sales and customers to ensure successful execution. The candidate should have an engineering degree and 6+ years of industry experience in building automation and data center environments, with proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience in building automation or data center environments.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians on complex projects.
• Familiarity with DDC control theory and integration of mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Vision to the Critical Facilities team.
• Implement and Lead Vision, Values, and Strategies of ATS.
• Assist in development/supervision of program initiatives.
• Create and Maintain Labor plan and forecasting for the teams.
• Ensure all projects and contract execution is completed on time and within budget.
• Fiscal Responsibility of assigned projects/contracts including monthly billing.
• Support the Sales team with new work RFP responses and contract changes.
• Assist customer and Sales team with long-term project planning and prioritizations.
• Provide Leadership and Mentorship to the project teams to which you are assigned.
