Job summary

Prime Partners seeks a full-time Project Scheduler/Coordinator to support data center construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and documents across multiple deployments using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and other departments.

This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and accuracy in fast-paced environments. Primavera 6 certification is highly sought after and essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in a project coordination or scheduling role, with data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Primavera P6 experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of multiple data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Set up new projects in financial and project management software with accurate scope and budgeting.
• Serve as central communication point for project updates, schedule changes, and deliverables.
• Track tasks, issue logs, and dependencies using Primavera P6.
• Assist with cost tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice processing.
• Prepare change orders, status reports, and closeout packages.
