Job summary

Prime Partners seeks a full-time Project Scheduler/Coordinator to support data center construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and documents across multiple deployments using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and other departments.

This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and accuracy in fast-paced environments. Primavera 6 certification is highly sought after and essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years in a project coordination or scheduling role, with data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Primavera P6 experience is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support execution of multiple data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Set up new projects in financial and project management software with accurate scope and budgeting.
  • Serve as central communication point for project updates, schedule changes, and deliverables.
  • Track tasks, issue logs, and dependencies using Primavera P6.
  • Assist with cost tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice processing.
  • Prepare change orders, status reports, and closeout packages.

Job description

Weseek a full-time, detail-oriented, and proactive ProjectScheduler/Coordinator with experience supporting data center construction or infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and coordinating project timelines, budgets, and documentation across multiple large-scale deployments using Primavera 6. You'll work closely with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and other departments to ensure the successful execution and delivery of data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of multiple data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.

  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules, timelines, and milestones using internal tools and systems such as Primavera 6.

  • Set up new projects in financial and project management software, ensuring accurate scope and budgeting information.

  • Serve as the central communication point for project updates, schedule changes, and key deliverables.

  • Track and follow up on outstanding tasks, issue logs, and project dependencies using Primavera 6 software.

  • Support project managers with cost tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice processing.

  • Assist with documentation preparation, including change orders, status reports, submittals, and closeout packages.

  • Communicate directly with clients and internal teams regarding project status and deliverables.

  • Coordinate material tracking with warehouse and procurement teams to support field operations.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical project records for compliance and reporting.

  • Work across departments (engineering, safety, service, sales) to align project activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing by preparing invoices and tracking accounts receivable.

  • Assist in project turnover to service and support teams post-completion.

  • Perform additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required

  • Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in a project coordination or scheduling role, with direct experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); scheduling software experience is a plus

  • High proficiency in using Primavera 6 software. Holding a Primavera 6 certification is highly sought after.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and cost tracking is highly desirable

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving project scopes

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and having an active Primavera 6 certification)
