Job summary

Manatal is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to join our Phoenix team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project timelines for data center infrastructure, coordinating with project managers, field supervisors, vendors, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in scheduling or coordination, strong organization and communication skills, and experience with Primavera 6.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or scheduling role.
• Direct experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Primavera 6 certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules and milestones using Primavera 6.
• Set up new projects in financial/project management software with accurate scoping and budgeting.
• Serve as central point of contact for project updates and deliverables.
• Track tasks, issue logs and dependencies in Primavera 6.
• Assist with cost tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice processing.
• Prepare change orders, status reports, submittals and closeout packages.
• Coordinate material tracking with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Ensure timely billing and accounts receivable management.
• Support project turnover to service and support teams.
