Job summary

Nox Group is actively expanding its project portfolio and seeking a Project Scheduler to support major data center and mission-critical construction initiatives across the United States. The successful candidate will develop, update, and optimize CPM schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, and produce status reports for the project team.

Five years or more of P6 CPM scheduling experience in similar markets.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs, with a focus on Excel.
Complete understanding of current scheduling concepts and best practices.
Thorough understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develops the project schedule using design documentation, contracts, and specifications.
Incorporates design deliverables into the schedule and identifies design risk.
Works closely with material management to ensure deliveries support installation timeframes.
Develops and manages adequate detail to successfully perform the work.
Performs constructability reviews to validate sequencing and logic.
Identifies and communicates risk and opportunity.
Conducts regular analysis of critical paths and communicates risk to the project team.
Convenes weekly schedule update meetings to maintain current status.
Oversees pull planning sessions with the construction team and ensures baseline schedule compliance.
Performs site walks to understand field conditions and dynamics.
