Job summary

Gleeds in Houston, TX is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team, supporting data center and mission-critical projects across North America. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring baselines, CPM analysis, and progress reporting.

You will collaborate with project managers, cost managers, contractors, and client stakeholders, driving schedule performance, risk identification, and recovery planning throughout the project

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience in construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule analysis techniques.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects from planning through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Establish baselines and monitor schedule performance against milestones.
• Analyze critical path activities and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Perform schedule impact assessments and provide recovery recommendations when delays occur.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Produce schedule reports and dashboards for project leadership and clients.
• Support forecasting, earned value analysis, and performance measurement.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate status across teams.
