Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Project Purchasing Manager for Data Center projects in Temple, TX.

You will lead strategic procurement of electrical commodities, coordinate RFPs, QCS, submittals, fabrication schedules and maintain meeting minutes with clear action items. The role partners with a General Foreman to develop Bills of Material, interface weekly with suppliers, and execute site purchasing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Five (5) years of Purchasing experience required (Construction of Electrical Distribution preferred).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Strategic buy-out of electrical commodities to enable installation of the electrical scope.
• Onboard vendor engagement process: RFP, QCS, Submittal Process, Fabrication & Scheduling Updates, Meeting Minutes with Action Item Log.
