Job summary

Cupertino Electric is seeking a Project Purchasing Manager for a Data Center in Olive Township, IN. This role leads strategic procurement of electrical commodities, coordinates vendor engagement (RFP, QCS, submittals) and drives on-time material delivery to support multiple site phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of purchasing experience in construction/electrical distribution, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience: Five (5) years of Purchasing experience required (Construction of Electrical Distribution preferred).
• Strong cost analysis and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement of electrical commodities for data center projects.
• Onboard vendor engagement processes: RFP, QCS, Submittal, Fabrication, Scheduling updates and minutes with action items.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, expediting, and reporting on material deliveries to site.
