Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in data centers, environmental or industrial services.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
• Experience with heavy trucking schedules, freight coordination, or fleet dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure and environmental service projects.
• Manage trucking logistics, scheduling, dispatching, and routing for equipment delivery and waste hauling.
• Coordinate on-site vehicle logistics, gate access, and site escorts for delivery and disposal drivers.
• Oversee projects from award through final invoicing; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT) and review permits, manifests, and closeout packages.
• Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
